Wedding Order Check Support
Getting started
- Your store needs to be set up by BirchKey first. Email us to get started.
- Install Wedding Order Check from the link BirchKey sends you, in the browser you use for SuitTracker (Chrome, or another Chrome-based browser like Edge or Brave).
- Sign in to SuitTracker as usual and open a wedding. Click Validate, next to Order Attire.
Common questions
"Wedding Order Check isn't turned on for this store yet"
Your store hasn't been set up, or was turned off. Email us and we'll take care of it.
There's no Validate button
Make sure you're on a wedding's page, and that it has finished loading. If the extension was just installed or updated, reload the page.
"The extension was updated. Reload this page, then try again."
Chrome updated Wedding Order Check while the page was open. Reload the page.
"SuitTracker seems to have changed how it shows..."
SuitTracker changed its pages in a way the extension doesn't understand yet, so it won't show results it can't trust. BirchKey is told automatically and will fix it. Until then, check members by hand.
A problem is flagged, but it's fine
Click Dismiss next to it. It moves to the Dismissed section, with your name on it, for everyone at your store. It comes back on its own if the measurements it was about change. To undo, click Undo.
Changing what gets flagged
Click Edit rules at the bottom of the Validate panel, or the extension's icon in the toolbar. Anyone can read the rules; changing them needs your store's edit password, which your manager has. Test on open wedding shows what your changes would do before you save them.
Someone edited a member, but the results haven't changed
Validate checks what's on your screen. If the change was made in another window, reload the wedding and click Validate again.
